This temporary visa subcategory is for foreigners who can demonstrate a link with a Chilean person or a permanent resident under the following conditions:

- Spouse or equivalent figure according to applicable law.
- Father or mother.
- Minor child.
- Child with a disability.
- Unmarried child under 24 years who is studying.
- Minor under their personal care or guardianship.
