Born in Sweden and raised in Chile, Simon Marin is a trilingual attorney with extensive educational and professional experience in the United States and Chile. He earned his law degree from Universidad Finis Terrae in Chile. After passing the bar exam in Chile and practicing law for several years in the country, Simon moved to San Francisco, California, where he lived for nearly a decade.
In San Francisco, Simon obtained a Master of Laws (LLM in U.S. Legal Studies) from the University of California, Hastings. He then worked at various law firms in the Bay Area for almost 8 years before returning to Chile in 2013. In Chile, Simon specializes in providing legal advice and services to foreign nationals in matters of immigration, business, real estate, and family law.
Simon is an active member of the foreign community in Chile, serving as an attorney, consultant, project manager, and advisor to several foreign entrepreneurs seeking to establish and conduct business in Chile.
